The space Renovated, comfortable, modern and welcoming, equipped with central heat and central air enjoy this entire unit to yourself. Up a flight of stairs to this guest house with street view. Each bedroom offers queen size, led adjustable beds, 43" Roku TVs, end tables with touch lamps and USB ports, phone charging alarm clocks and closets with luggage racks and hangers. The living room has a 55" Roku TV, a gliding, swivel accent chair, throw blankets for chilly nights and a comfortable chaise sofa loaded with throw pillows. In the hallway is a full-length mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge and stove, Keurig coffee pot with complimentary Black Riffel coffee pods, microwave, 6pc dinner set, drinkware and cookware, last but not least you will find 4 bottles of complimentary water and chocolates on the dining table. The bathroom has complimentary cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash, with a walk-in shower with blue tooth connect. Our hallway has built-in mud rooms with boot mats and hooks for your helmets or jackets. Guest access Off street parking is located at the corner of Independence & Orange St. Guests will access the property from Independence St. Guests will be provided with a unique dual door code for the main entrance door located on Independence St and their apartment door. Other things to note We do not offer turn down services, however if you need fresh linens or additional towels just let your host know. This guest house tends to be a bit nosier than our secondary guest house Ale on the Trail, due to the restaurant below, you may hear music from the juke box playing until 11pm. We are located close to and walking distance to grocery, gas and convenience stores. Need to park a trailer? The AOAA offers free parking, unhook and leave your trailer at the AOAA and drive into town.
