The space The Villa is Self-Catering and has 4 Bedrooms, comprising of – Family room sleeping up to 4, with a king size bed and 2 Single beds, with an En-Suite Bathroom. Suitable for Wheelchairs. 2 Further King size bedrooms with En-Suite & 1 adjoining Twin room. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning and Hair Dryers . Free Cot and highchair facilities are available upon request, also free Safe & Internet Wi-Fi are available, All At No Extra Charge. Mosquito nets are fitted to all windows. NO pets are allowed. We charge a refundable Security Deposit of 300€ after you have booked and confirmation received, This will be requested. This is then refunded to you after your stay and the inspection. Payment and refunds will be made through Airbnb. The Villa offers its own private Swimming pool, Outside Shower, Toilet, terraces and garden within its own private grounds, also with a children’s play area and Large swimming pool with slide and children's end for hours of fun. Our Large outside Covered kitchen offers all you need for outdoor cooking for 365 days of the year !!, Complete with BBQ, Outside Gas Griddle, Gas Hob, Microwave oven, Kettle & utensils, and a outdoor sink and fridge freezer complete with large marble work surfaces. Wall And base Units. The Kitchen is well lit and over looks the Pool and dining terrace. The pool terrace is walled and private, it’s south facing location makes it ideal for all day sun and warmth. The pool is surrounded with sun loungers, Special Day Bed, tables and parasols. There is also a pool shower, drinks can be served to the pool by direct link to the outside kitchen. We have also installed a children´s play area. Children MUST be supervised while around the pool and terrace areas. The Villa and boundaries are fully lit at night time which enables you to sit outside and relax after the sunset to enjoy late evenings in comfort. Easy parking makes it the ideal environment for all families or couples wanting a more quiet, relaxed holiday in luxurious surroundings with exceptional facilities and suits the more the discerning clients.
