Vacation between wine and forest

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space We welcome you to our family-friendly cottage between the sea of vines and endless forest in the Palatinate. Here you have space to relax, cook, work and enjoy life in the Palatinate with up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom and a large living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, hot air fryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, bread maker...), then there is a bedroom for 2 people and access to the terrace and outdoor area. There is also another room for one person. The living room is well prepared for cozy evenings with a large TV, Blu-ray player, Apple TV, a PlayStation 4 and a colorful mix of board games for all ages and some books. In winter, the fireplace can be used (wood is available). There is also a piano and guitar available which can be used. Upstairs there is a bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet, shower and bathtub. Another spacious single room with a bed, large desk and views over the vineyards can also be used as a reading room. There is also a room for 2 people on the 2nd floor, which is also equipped with a large desk. There is also access to the roof terrace with seating and stunning views over the Rhine plain. In the basement room washing machine and dryer are also available. The garden has numerous seating areas on 3 levels. Retreats and a playground that can be used at your own risk. In the lower part of the garden, a cozy Swedish Kota invites you to long evenings with friends. All plants in the garden are non-toxic, berries and fruits can be tasted. Our property also offers parking spaces for 3 vehicles and storage facilities for bicycles. The house is in a very quiet residential area, and offers the ideal starting point for hikes in the pristine Palatinate Forest and in the vineyards. Bobenheim am Berg also offers a large playground as well as a newly built multifunctional square with a climbing wall. In the nearby Weisenheim am Berg, which is within walking distance, wine bars, ice cream parlors and small cafes invite you to linger. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby Dackenheim in the Golfclub Deutsche Weinstrasse with 18-hole course and short course. The spa town of Bad Dürkheim is approx. 8-10 minutes away by car. There are numerous excursion and recreational opportunities, as well as top gastronomy and wineries that offer wine tastings. Large supermarkets and a variety of shopping facilities are also located in the nearby Grünstadt. A folder with recommendations for excursions, food, festivals and events is available.
