Cozy apartment in a scenic location

Lovingly furnished 2-room apartment in the picturesque mountain village of Davos-Monstein (about 20 minutes by car to the center of Davos, bus stop 50 m from the house). Perfect starting point for hiking, bike/ski tours, or a visit to the local brewery. Great location to relax a bit away from the hustle and bustle in Davos, but still close to slopes, cross-country trails and restaurants. To the Rinerhorn ski resort in 12 minutes by direct bus or car. Shorter stays by appointment are sometimes possible. The space The vacation apartment is located at the entrance of Davos-Monstein (at an altitude of 1625 m). Monstein is a quiet, picturesque mountain village that offers a lot of peace and relaxation after a busy day in Davos or during winter sports and invites you to take beautiful walks. In Monstein there is a grocery store ("Dorflädli") open every day, two restaurants and a brewery. The apartment is in the basement of a 3-party house. It is flooded with light and the view of the mountains could not be more picturesque. The apartment is lovingly and extensively equipped. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and TV, there is also a washing machine and dryer for shared use for a fee in the house. In the 2-room apartment, 3-4 people can stay very comfortably in the large bedroom with a double bed (2 x 2 m) and a single bed (which can be pulled out to a child's double bed if necessary). A baby bed can be added on request. The second room is a living/dining area with an open kitchen, cozy corner bench and large couch. There is also a small bathroom with a bathtub. From the kitchen, a door leads to the large, sunny and sheltered terrace. In front of the house is a swing and slide for children. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Bed linen and towels included. In the house (outside the advertised apartment) there are also 2 double rooms with bathroom, which can also be rented as additional bedrooms on request for a fee. Bike/ski tours and hikes can start directly from the apartment door. A ski bus runs to the three nearby ski resorts and the large cross-country ski network 50 m from the house (10 min to Rinerhornbahn, 35 min to Parsennbahn or Jakobshornbahn). There are several ski schools in Davos. The Lenzerheide ski resort is also worth a day trip. From late autumn, you have perfect training conditions in Davos on a 4 km cross-country ski trail with artificial snow; in winter, over 40 km of perfectly prepared cross-country ski trails are available. Other things to note In addition to the overnight rate, there are costs for the guest tax in Davos (DavosCard), which must be paid in cash on site. CHF 5.90 per person per night, children up to 12 years are free. With the guest card, the local bus and the Rhaetian Railway in the Davos/Klosters area can be used free of charge and you can get discounts on various sports and entertainment options. In winter, snow chains or 4WDrive are strongly recommended for travel to Davos and are also mandatory on some days. There is a strict no smoking policy inside the house.
