The space Main House The property consists of two stylish, sustainably built timber houses set in a spacious garden. The main house features striking designer A-frame architecture. House Wolin is not only a nature retreat but also a multi-award-winning architecture project – recipient of the SARP Architecture Prize 2024 (Poland's most prestigious architecture award) and featured in renowned magazines such as Designboom and ArchDaily. The architecture combines clean, modern design with sustainable materials, creating an extraordinary place that is both a sanctuary and an inspiration. It features an open, light-filled living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and direct access to several terraces in the garden. The cosy blue bedroom on the upper floor is accessible via a ladder and offers a comfortable bed, a small workspace and a balcony overlooking the greenery. The interiors are finished to a high standard, blending modern design with a warm, natural atmosphere. A reasonable level of fitness is required for the ladder (see photos). Thanks to Starlink, fast satellite internet is available on site - ideal for working remotely, streaming or simply reliable browsing, even in the middle of nature (200+Mbit). Sauna House The separate sauna house offers a comfortable sauna with an electric heater, a cosy relaxation area and its own WC – perfect for unwinding after a day in nature or by the sea. Sleeping (please read before booking): - The upper level of the main house sleeps two (bed 160x200 cm) and is accessed via the ladder. - The sauna house has a comfortable sofa bed (140x190 cm, slightly shorter) with its own guest bathroom – ideal for two. - On the ground floor of the main house, the sofa bed (140x200 cm) with a full mattress can be used by two more guests. However, this is a walk-through room with access to the bathroom and limited privacy. - On request, an additional camp bed for a seventh person is available in the sauna house. Nature: The spacious garden (approx. 1,300 m²) offers generous terraces surrounded by trees and lush nature – an ideal spot for relaxing, playing and spending time outdoors together. Just a two-minute walk away lies Wolin National Park with scenic hiking and cycling trails. Through the idyllic forest, you can reach the unspoilt Baltic Sea beach in about 20 minutes on foot.
