SPA area (from 01.10 to 31.05) every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 7:30 pm and includes a steam bath, aroma sauna, classic sauna, and Roman pool. 🚗 Parking There’s a spacious parking lot in front of the complex or you can use the underground parking slot N:312, free for your use. 📍 Location & Directions The apartment is located in Skyline Apartments, Entrance B, 18 Georgi Kavarnaliev St., district Alen Mak, 9007 Varna. Just 350m from Kabakum Beach (an 8-minute walk via a green pathway leading directly to the beach area). Kabakum Beach and Sunny Day Resort offer restaurants, bars, shops, a lifeguard station, and water activities. Children's playground and a peaceful courtyard with sea and fountain views. The complex is monitored by security cameras 24/7. Nearby: – 8 min drive to Varna city center – 2 km to Sts. Constantine and Helena Resort – 3.5 km to Golden Sands – 680 m to Sunny Day Resort – Served by public transport: buses №409 and №9 – 4 km to Golden Sands Aquapark – 11 km to Varna Dolphinarium and Zoo – Lidl supermarket just 3.5 km away Guest access The lockbox is code-operated and located on the right the doorbell. We will send you the code within 48-24 h before check-in. Other things to note If you’re looking to head to the beach, take the green path next to the big pool. It’s a quick and peaceful walk (8 minutes) surrounded by lush greenery 🌿 and natural rocks. Just walk down and down, and you’ll reach the sea in no time! Please note that while it’s well maintained, it’s still a natural trail with uneven, rocky parts, sharp sections which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility or walking difficulties. We don't recommend this path for toddlers and it's not stroller accessible. ⚠️ Important House Rules Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted. No parties or events are allowed. Please respect the quiet environment of the complex. The property is protected by 24/7 security and CCTV cameras in the common areas for your safety.
