In the heart of Beaujolais Vert

Nice house for rent in the heart of Beaujolais Vert and close to Roanne (20-minute drive). Our house is also located 200 meters' walk from the "La Factory" party hall and 1 km by car from Laforest Castle (12 minutes' walk but beware that the country roads are not well lit). For example, you can also easily get to Lac des Firins in Cublize (10 minutes by car), Charlieu but also Lyon. The space Our house has two bedrooms. The first has a 160x200 bed and the second has a 160x200 sofa bed. During your stay, you will have all the comforts you need. We provide linens. We have two outdoor parking spaces with a closed gate. Other cars can easily park in front of the house. The dining table turns into a pool table and we provide guests with books and board games. Guests will also be able to use the bedroom video projector (access to Netflix, Canal, Disney +...) as well as the living room TV and blue bedroom TV (Netflix access, Canal...) On request, we can provide a plancha, a raclette machine, a crepe maker, a fondue maker, a barbecue... To enjoy the garden, we provide on sunny days a garden furniture as well as a small table, chairs and sunbeds. We provide guests with tea and coffee. The accommodation is suitable for children. Nevertheless, we are not yet equipped with an umbrella bed, high chair, toys. So it's best for guests to come with their own childcare supplies. The cleaning fee is 25 euros (included in the rental price). This includes linens (beds are made upon arrival), towels, cleaning upon arrival and departure. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, except the garage and office. The garden is also open access. Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Other things to note A rabbit (Lila) and two cats (Zola and Lucky) live with us on a daily basis. During your stay, Lila will be outside in the garden. This place is therefore not suitable for people who are allergic to animals.
