Pretty individual Norman house in a small village in the heart of the Norman countryside, ideally located on the Villedieu-les-Poêles/Granville axis. Very well equipped, with enclosed garden of 600 m², you will enjoy beautiful cultural or nature walks nearby. About 20 minutes from the beaches and the port of Granville to access the Chausey Islands, 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel; you can also reach Saint Malo, Caen, Cherbourg and the landing beaches. The space The house has an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, living/dining room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with insulated skylights allow you to spend the nights away from the living rooms. Bedrooms 1 and 3 are equipped with 140 beds and bedroom 2 with 1 120 bed and the other with 90. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the terrace and garden. Guest access Vehicles can park in front of the house in dedicated spaces overlooking the main road. Access to the enclosed garden is from the house or the external gate. The Champrépus Zoo is within walking distance across the road; you can sometimes enjoy some exotic cries such as parrots, lemurs, gibbons and lions as well as a view of the surroundings of the landscaped park. Other things to note Many tourist and practical directions are available in the living room sideboard drawer. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the cleaning fee. The accommodation is entirely non-smoking, smoking is possible on the terrace and in the garden. Electric vehicle charging is not possible. Before your departure, please place the sheets and towels in the bathroom and empty the trash cans.
