New construction from 2019, the accommodation is comfortable: - It can accommodate 7 people, the equipment is accordingly but it's not ideal. We recommend it for a family of 5. - It consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed (160/200) a mezzanine with 1 double bed (160/200) and 1 single bed (90/200) and a sofa bed (140cm) on the ground floor; - the kitchen is hyper-equipped; - the bathroom is composed of a bath and a xxl Italian shower; - the wi-fi connection is fast and reliable - the terrace is equipped with a bbq; - the shared wooded garden is particularly pleasant. You can practice ping pong, badminton, various games at your disposal and enjoy the petanque court (balls provided) or the hammock installed away from a gazebo that overlooks the property and is covered with a wisteria and finally the pool composed of a liner (and therefore prohibition on using objects that could damage it such as palms,etc.), with paddling pool heated to /- 28d, secured by a shutter, which is particularly valuable.
