Bakery and pharmacy 2-minute walk. Fishmonger (open Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings) and supermarkets 5 minutes away Wanze market on Friday 4 p.m. and Huy market on Wednesday morning Hiking trails, trail/jogging and Naxhelet golf nearby. Newly built in 2019, the accommodation is comfortable: - It can accommodate 7 people, the equipment is adequate but it is not ideal. We recommend it for a family of 5; - It consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed (160/200) a mezzanine with 1 double bed (160/200) and 1 single bed (90/200) AND a sofa bed (140 cm) on the ground floor; - the kitchen is superbly equipped; - the bathroom consists of a bathtub and an extra-large Italian shower; - fast and reliable Wi-Fi; - the terrace is equipped with a BBQ; - the shared garden is particularly pleasant. You can play ping-pong, badminton, various games available to you and enjoy the petanque court (balls available) or the hammock installed away in a kiosk that overlooks the property and is covered with a wisteria and finally the pool composed of a liner (and therefore prohibition to use objects that could damage it such as fins, etc.), with paddling pool and heated to /- 28d, secured by a shutter, which is particularly appreciable. In short, a real vacation spot! Being very respectful and particularly attentive to the tranquility of the place (we are located in the village where there is very little traffic), both for our guests and our neighborhood, parties are prohibited, including during the day (prohibition to organize pool parties), even if the pool is a source of fun, we encourage you to do so (we have 4 children, so we are well aware of this) and calm both inside and outside (noise) is requested from 9pm.
