The spacious lake-view vacation apartment in Lindau offers 135 m² of space for up to six people. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, two terraces, and lake views. The approx. 140 m² apartment extends over 3.5 rooms and has a large living and dining area with an integrated kitchen as well as two roof terraces accessible from the living room. The accommodation can accommodate 4 to 6 people: a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the connecting room and another sofa bed in the living area. Due to the staircase situation, the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children. The main bathroom with bathtub is located close to the bedrooms, on the upper floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. After an eventful day on the lake, you can prepare a menu in the beautiful kitchen and enjoy it together with a glass of wine on the roof terrace overlooking Lindau and Lake Constance. The harbor is only about 300 m away, the train station and the nearest swimming area are about 400 m away. Bicycles can be parked at the permanently installed bicycle stand at the theater, about 100 m away. The location invites you to explore the beautiful island on foot: tranquil alleys with handicrafts, lifestyle locations by the harbor and numerous restaurants create a unique old town flair. Whether adventurous or relaxed, gourmet and wine lovers or active sportsmen – the offer in and around Lindau is extremely diverse and attractive. In the immediate vicinity you will also find bakeries, supermarkets, medical facilities and the Lindau Shopping Center with various shops. Experience Lindau at its best even in the off-season! In winter, the romantic Lindau harbor Christmas attracts with atmospheric lighting, regional specialties and cozy market stalls directly on the shores of Lake Constance. Flexible arrival and departure seven days a week is possible, and the existing key safe means nothing stands in the way of a late arrival. The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can easily drive to the front door for loading and unloading.
