Upstairs, a spacious and bright living room including a dining area, a cozy living room with TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen (induction hobs, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.), A master suite with a 140x190 cm bed, quality bedding, and an en-suite modern bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanities. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace (being finished) with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for your alfresco meals. All in a quiet environment, close to shops, restaurants, markets, and the greenway for beautiful walks or bikes, and the discovery of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyard. A free parking space is available for your use, bikes can be safely stored in the entrance. The accommodation also has wifi, linen provided, and is non-smoking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space as well as the private terrace. A free parking space is reserved in front of the apartment. A secure indoor room with double racks is available to store your bikes. I will personally welcome you upon your arrival.
