Luxury village house + studio (11 people) with inner courtyard, large adjoining garden and outbuildings in the heart of Morey Saint Denis. In the same family for 150 years, it was in this winemaker's house that the history of Domaine Ponsot started. Located in the heart of the village and surrounded by the great vintages of Morey Saint Denis, the house was completely renovated in 2022 to accommodate lovers of our Burgundy climates. You will be at the center of the Grands Crus route. The space "Accommodation not accessible to PRMs" The 150 m2 cottage communicates with the 43 m2 studio, accommodating 11 people. The gîte: A large, bright 35 m² living room opens onto the 13 m² kitchen, fully equipped with quality equipment, allowing lovers of gastronomy and conviviality to enjoy themselves with friends or family! Separate toilet adjoining this living room. Access the various upper levels via the period wooden staircase. Halfway through the stairs, enter the vast master suite of 20 m2 with its bathroom with walk-in shower and 6 m² attached toilet and dressing room, it has a queen size bed (160x190). On the 1st level: A bright workspace with a desk and boudoir, facing west, overlooking the hillsides of Morey Saint Denis and its prestigious Climats. A bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Two beautiful 11 m2 double bedrooms, one with an attic, each with a standard bed (140 x 190). On the 2nd level: The expansive attic dorm with 3 90x190 single beds, including 2 beds that can be joined to offer a 180x190 king size bed! The studio: With a simple and cozy decor, the studio has a large bright living room of 33 m² with the kitchen fully equipped with quality equipment. The sleeping area, a good quality sofa bed, is available in the living room. Access the large 5 m2 bathroom with walk-in shower, via the equipped laundry room. Guest access The cottage is entirely dedicated to you, it is independent with a beautiful inner courtyard giving access to: - In the adjoining 43 m² studio which can accommodate 2 people and which also has a separate entrance… - To an outbuilding that can be used to store your bikes… - In the grassy and wooded garden, not overlooked - To the main building by the steps that overlook it Other things to note Just put your luggage! The stewardship package includes cleaning during your stay or after your departure depending on its duration and the rental of linens and towels.
