For almost three centuries Old Town has been the crossroads of the Southwest, offering numerous cultural attractions, museums, shopping, galleries, food, and vibrant events year round. - 1.7 miles to the ABQ BioPark: An environmental park consisting of the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Aquarium, & Tingley Beach (the Gateway to the Bosque). - 2 miles to Tingley Beach/ Paseo de Bosque: 16mile multi-use trail, the Paseo del Bosque Trail, goes from the north to the south edges of the metro area through the Rio Grande's cottonwood bosque. Beautiful, easy hiking and dog-friendly! - 0.7 miles to The Sawmill Market (a food hall like no other). We kindly ask that you please familiarize yourself with our house rules prior to booking: 1. SMOKING / DRUG USE: - Smoking of any kind and drug use is strictly prohibited. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee. 2. PARTIES AND EVENTS: - Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. If you plan to have more than (4) visiting guests at any time during your stay, kindly message your host in advance. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 3. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION: - Pet Fee: To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance for our pet-friendly units, a one-time pet fee of $50 will be charged for short stays one week or less, and a one-time additional pet fee of $250 will be charged for stays of 30 days or more. PET GUIDELINES: - We accept dogs only (2 dog maximum). - To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. We do provide some pet supplies for use during your stay, but please bring anything special that your pup may need for their comfort. - Do not leave your pup unattended for lengths of time! - You will be responsible for any damages incurred by your pet. - Please pick up all pet waste throughout your stay and before checking out. 4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY: - Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages, theft, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 5. QUIET HOURS: - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please be conscious of noise level between these times. 6. EXTENDED STAY CLEANING For accommodations of 30 days or longer, we charge an additional one-time $130 cleaning fee, which covers the deep clean at the end of your stay. Once booking is confirmed, we will send request for additional cleaning fee above the already charged fee. Please Note: The minimum booking age for this property is 21.
