New, clean and very quiet apartment, with a large bedroom and excellent insulation. Well located and very well connected to the city of Basel. A few steps from the river with the possibility of walks in nature or in the nearby Augusta Raurica between charm and history, the apartment is really a gem for those who need a place to spend the night in a safe and quiet place. The Host has lived there for 5 years and can give useful advice during your stay. The space You will have a room, the largest, all yours, with a double bed and space for your things. The room is equipped with a key and is very bright. The host has a small room next door but will try to always remain in "airplane" mode to allow you to enjoy your stay in maximum privacy and tranquility. An Italian coffee machine and a kettle for tea are available for you in the kitchen. In the living room, you can safely use the shared spaces, watch TV, or simply interact with the host whenever you need to. Guest access A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is at your disposal. The open-plan living room/kitchen, as well as the balcony, are obviously shared spaces if I am in the house. The small room remains for the owner's exclusive use. If you need, there is also a washing machine and dryer that can be used upon request. During your stay I am always available on chat/phone and will always try to answer you as soon as possible.
