We are located in the center of Ingleses, in a residential area with great commercial infrastructure in the vicinity, 2 km from Ingleses beach. We have 3 apartments of 65 sq. meters, airy, spacious and accommodating up to 5 people. Each has an integrated living room and kitchen, 1 suite, 1 social bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 laundry room, balcony with barbecue, 1 parking space, 2 air-conditioning units. The space We offer a set of towels and bed linens per guest in our space. In the kitchen you will have a refrigerator, a 4-burner cooktop stove, a microwave and an oven. As well as a set of dishes, pots, cutlery and utensils that allow you to prepare meals. For each bathroom, we initially provide toilet paper and liquid soap. A grill and skewers are available in the barbecue area, and we provide two beach chairs, which can be taken to the beach, but must be returned to the property. Guest access Access to the building's main entrance is by key (pedestrian gate) or garage remote control. Access to the glass door in the entrance hall is by key. The apartment door is accessed by a password on the electronic lock. Other things to note We do not provide an electric heater and its use in the apartment is prohibited. If the rule is not followed, the amount exceeded in the electricity bill will be fully paid by the guest.
