Rental principles: - by the week from Saturday to Saturday in high season, i.e., Christmas vacation, winter vacation, summer vacation from July 10 to August 20 - on weekends and from 2 days in general - by the day during the winter ski season (with discount from several days) and on some weekends where I will be present in my second chalet located 200m away in order to manage the preparation of the chalet properly. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation in a strictly private manner. 2 private parking spaces are located right in front of the chalet. Other things to note Being in a micro-enterprise for the seasonal rental of my property, I must be able to provide invoices to the tax authorities if they ask me to do so. I will therefore ask you to provide me with your full contact details once your reservation is validated and before your arrival. Terms for groups (more than 5 people): In order to preserve the quality of the premises and the tranquility of your stay, a security deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival (by check for residents in France, or in cash for our international guests).
