The wing is located on a farm from the late 18th century, and although the wing building is considerably younger, it has a charming touch. Welcome to a lovely oasis in northern Gotland! The space The farm is located a stone's throw from Slite Golf Club, and is perfect for those of you who want to play a round of golf during the holiday. It is about 7 km to Slite where there are grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. On the property, there is plenty of room for parking and at the golf club there are chargers for electric cars. Upstairs: Kitchen, living room with fireplace, sleeping alcove with double bed, bathroom with bathtub, and a large balcony. Downstairs: Entrance and laundry room, bedroom with single bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower. NOTE: The stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. Guest access The guest has access to the entire wing house, as well as the patio adjacent to the wing, including outdoor furniture and barbecue. There is a large lawn below the parking lot with space for both kubb and other games. Other things to note NOTE: Bed linen/towels are to be brought by the tenant. The guest cleans the home according to the cleaning checklist that is in the home. On the property, there is a main house where the host lives and which is sometimes used by another tenant.
