House on the top of the mountain

Relax. This house is in the heart of Puerto Rico in the Village of Comerio. Very close to rivers, ponds, waterfalls, 35 min from the beach, 45 min from San Juan, Creole food restaurant with spectacular views, dams, resort with activities every day, roads and road trip full of vegetation. The space is to host and mountainous, nights of coqui Puerto Riqueño, by day birds and roosters. Sunsets, fog, bright sun, light rain and fresh air. A unique place. The space The house has 1 large bedroom that accommodates groups of 8-10 people in literal bunk beds. Another room for 2 people with mountain views. It is a small, well-distributed house with spaces and spectacular views. Outside we have room to set up camping tents or tents for 8 people for outdoor activities (optional and additional ask price and availability before) that could be accessed by larger groups. The kitchen is small but has all the materials and utensils with a view of the mountains. It has a bathroom with two access doors to facilitate use of the 2 rooms. Currently the canopy or garage is not available but we have at least 3 parking spaces in front of the house. The road to get to the property is all paved with curved climbs and beautiful views. The place is perfect for disconnecting, although there is a perfect cell phone signal. This place is great for groups, families, churches, retreat activities, quiet meetings and away from the noise of the city. At night the sky lets you see the stars shine. I can offer transportation service or rent a 12-seat van. We also have a local food chef if you want a more VIP service or an all-inclusive service. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Air conditioning only in shared rooms for the Group, but the place is cold and not hot at all. Fans available. Guest access It is accessed through the kitchen area. The place is in the chasm of the mountain in a secluded mountainous place.
