The Gîte Mer, located in the old outbuildings of the Logis, a 15th century building, welcomes you to the heart of the Charente countryside, between vineyards, rivers and typical villages. A place full of authenticity and calm, ideal to unwind. The natural environment invites you to walk and discover the surroundings. A stay dedicated to well-being and relaxation. The space The Gîte Mer welcomes you in a peaceful and bright setting, ideal for holidays with family or friends. This 95 m², spacious and comfortable accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and offers you all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay. Inside, you will discover a large, friendly living room with a cozy sitting area, a library for your quiet moments, a soft sofa and a TV with French and English channels, perfect for your quiet evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook at home. You will find an induction hob, a hood, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, all the necessary dishes and utensils, as well as a nice dining area to share your gourmet moments. The cottage includes three carefully decorated bedrooms, designed for rest and relaxation. The first bedroom offers a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a view of the garden. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (80 x 200 cm), one overlooking the garden, the other overlooking the Charente countryside. Bed linen is provided for each bed, and all bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables. Two modern bathrooms are at your disposal. Each includes a shower, vanity unit, toilet, and towels are provided for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and parasol, perfect for alfresco dining or a moment of reading in the sun. During your stay, you have access to the common areas of the estate. A heated outdoor pool is open from the end of May to enjoy the sunny days. You can also have a good time in the games room equipped with foosball, billiards and darts, or spend time in the gym with fitness equipment. !!!
