The space We are 2 km from the sea as the crow flies, in the middle of fruit trees and quiet away from all traffic. LOCATION: You are at the crossroads between the south and north of the island, between sea and mountain. At the gates of Casinca and its classified villages, you will be close to the fine sandy beaches (3 km) but also at the foot of the mountain where you can go on many hikes, swim in the rivers and practice various activities. A landing stage has been designed and marked for boats (pleasure) at the beach at the bottom of our house. We are in the heart of nature, do not be surprised to see sheep on the road that delight children and very few houses. However, we are close to shops (3 km) supermarket, mini-market, shops, post office, restaurant, cafes, garages as well as doctors and pharmacy. A vehicle is desirable, you are 3 km from road transport, 5 km from the train station, 15 km from Bastia-Poretta airport. GPS LOCATION: Longitude 9.49289560317993; Latitude: 42.514483918316 LARGE VILLA (130 m²) quiet, comfortable and single-story dwelling. INDOORS: Composed of a large dining room living room with a 2-seater sofa bed (140 cm); 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm), one with access to the South terrace. A small extra bed (80 cm) is also available as well as two cots and a highchair. The house is also equipped with a separate bathroom with toilet, as well as a baby bath. The house has a large fully-equipped functional kitchen and laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner...) OUTDOORS: The house has a large south-facing terrace with garden furniture (large table and deckchairs) under an arbor with a charcoal barbecue. It overlooks a large shaded and wooded garden enclosed by a gate. There is the possibility to park several vehicles inside the property. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Sheets and towels are provided in the rental Guest access You have access to half of the house (130 m²) as well as the garden (1600 m²) delimited by white gates.
