Please no street parking! Guest access You will have access to the entire home during your stay. You have your own entrance, private driveway, parking and full reign of the space. We are equipped with keyless entry (code provided day of check in). Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES, No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors and please observe QUIET TIMES - 10:00pm-8:00am DO NOT block neighbors driveways and no street parking. 🔥 Hot Tub & Sauna Guidelines For everyone’s safety and comfort, please review: Use at your own risk. No children under 12 without direct adult supervision. No glass in or around the hot tub. No parties or large gatherings in the spa area. Quiet hours apply outdoors (10pm–8am). Hot Tub Rules: Shower before entering. Maximum occupancy: 6 No diving or jumping. Replace and secure cover after each use. If water appears cloudy or contaminated, notify host immediately. Sauna Rules: Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes at a time. Stay hydrated. Do not pour excessive water on heating elements (if applicable). Do not bring food or drinks inside. Turn sauna off after use. Health Advisory Guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or are under the influence of alcohol should consult a physician before using spa amenities.
