A live-in caretaker, available 24/7 in his own accommodation on the estate, discreetly ensures your comfort and security. The villa features 3 bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilets. Outside, you’ll enjoy a 150 m² terrace with a 9x5 m swimming pool and a tiled barbecue, plus a second 20 m² terrace with a shower and WC. Shaded by majestic 8-meter palm trees, a built-in tiled bench, along with a cozy garden lounge made of pallets with large cushions and poufs under a natural tree canopy, invite you to relax. The rooftop terrace (100 m², accessible by stairs) offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the sea on the horizon. The villa is located just 6 km from the sandy beaches of Tazarka. All rooms are equipped with functional electric heating. Blue Room: double bed (160 cm), air conditioning. Green Room: two single beds (80 cm), TV with satellite receiver. Red Room: double bed (140 cm). Living room: TV, WiFi, satellite receiver, Wii console with games, large bay window opening onto the terrace and pool. Kitchen: fully equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and chopper. Each bedroom is fitted with Provençal-style shutters, blackout curtains, and mosquito nets. The 3-hectare estate, planted with more than 260 olive trees as well as citrus, almond, plum, fig, and pomegranate trees, is entirely yours to enjoy. You can also discover the crops cultivated by Nader and his wife, as well as their beehives nestled among rosemary and thyme bushes. Other things to note About the Water The villa’s water comes from an 85-meter-deep well located just a few meters from the property. A test conducted on August 5, 2024, by the Pasteur Institute of Tunis confirmed that the water is safe to drink and suitable for swimming (see the welcome booklet). This water supplies both the villa and the pool. The pool is a natural 80 m³ basin, untreated, unfiltered, and chlorine-free, fully refreshed every 3 to 4 days during summer. Our caretaker, Nader, manages the refill, which takes about 7 hours—but you can still enjoy the pool thanks to the water jets used during the filling! The pool water is also used to irrigate the fruit trees through a gravity-fed drip system. This ensures clean, safe water for swimming while supporting our sustainable farming approach, delivering water only where it’s needed. Right after being replenished, the water may feel cool, as it comes from the well at 18 °C. Under the summer sun, it gradually warms to a comfortable 24–26 °C, perfect for refreshing dips on hot days.
