Welcome to Rovaniemi, Lapland. The home of Santa Claus and Aurora borealis. We provide you a beautiful and bright semidetached villa at two floor. Our villa offers you a warm and cozy atmosphere, plus a small amount of everyday luxury. There is three bedrooms and two bathrooms at villa. One bedroom is especially for kids with amount of toys. Furthermore there is a big backyard to play with snow. The villa is located peaceful area near the river and only a little walk from city centre. The space Our villa is modern and bright semi detached house with 125m2, two floors, fully equipped open concept kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets/bathrooms and sauna. The villa is child-friendly and here you can find everything necessary even for the smallest visitors. There is big and safety yard where you can run and play. Furthermore there is carport and parking area with heating at own yard. The villa located near the river with the beautiful walking trails and views. There is skating rink and cross-country skiing track just next to the villa. There is bus stop just front of the villa but it’s also easy to walk to the city center. The nearest food market located 400 meters away from the house. There is also plenty of playgrounds near. Guest access While you stay at our villa all rooms are available for you. We provide you both towels and sheets. Other things to note Do not smoke in the villa and don't bring any animals with you, please!
