Enclosed Balcony Kitchen and Dining Area: -- Granite countertop with induction cooker, utensils, and basic cookware. -- The dining setup next to the windows is great for a pleasant meal with greenery outside. -- Fully screened with mosquito netting and large windows overlooking greenery. -- Dining table for a comfortable meal setup or work corner -- Warm lighting and wooden flooring create a homely and cozy feel -- Cozy and bright space with good natural light through the large windows. 4. Balcony Area: -- The corner windows offer nice views and ventilation. -- The floral wall border adds charm, and the external view with trees enhances the cozy, green vibe. You’ll enjoy a peaceful environment while being comfortably connected to everything you need. It is a very homely and cheerful place. Guest access The property is located on the 1st floor of the home and is accessible via a common staircase, just like any typical flat or apartment. Once inside, on the 1st floor to the right side the entry door of private studio space - entire room including the kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony is private and exclusively for guests. Other things to note Additional rules - - Every guest who is staying, including the person who is booking the space, must share their Valid Government ID proof while Check-in. The IDs must be shared via E-Mail/ Multimedia Messaging/ Physical Photocopies. I shall share my contact details once the booking is completed. - - Early check in and late check out facility is available and chargeable. The facility could be availed only on prior permission from the co-host Mr. Manoj, and if the room is available for that night. - - If you wish to stay longer than 10 a.m kindly let us know to avoid any inconvenience. - - Airport pick and drop services to home available for considerable rates (Car- Alto). - - For your safety outside guests are not allowed. - - Please switch off the AC / lights when not in use. - - Use the AC remote to switch off the AC. Do not use the main switch to switch it off directly. - - Do not keep the windows or doors open while the AC is switched on; it puts pressure on the condensor and leads to malfunction. - - Remember to switch off the bathroom geyser. - - Govt. issued ID needed for every stay. - - Foreign nationals are requested to show valid Passport/Visa and to submit the photocopies of the relevant pages. - - Kindly maintain the cleanliness in the house as you do at your own home. - - Do not Eat or Smoke on the Bed. - - Do not paste any Hologram Stickers of Liquor bottels or Packaged Food items on any object in the room. If found penalty will be charged. - - Kindly restrain from making Noise which may cause discomfort to the neighbors. - - Washing machine facility / Laundry is available and chargeable. - - Washroom / Bathroom cleaning is chargeable. - - Guests are required to dump the garbage in the dustbin before leaving the space. This includes Ciggarate Buds & ashes, bottles, disposable glass & plates, boxes, chips bag, food wastes etc. If guest require any extra dustbin bags, please fell free to ask for it. - - Wide variety of fresh and healthy homemade food on demand at nominal rates. All good relationships are built on trust, clear communication and to be there for each other. As guest sets high expectations from us, we put in all our sincere efforts to accomodate them and their request with love and care, but we also have few expectations from our guest. We wish our guests to have understanding of Bread and Breakfast concept of Airbnb rooms, and to have a clear thought in mind that they aren't booking for a Hotel room for this property, with hotel par services and amenities. The home is managed by co-host Mr. Manoj, my father, a retired bank manager and he loves investing his time on people. He have seen some ages hence guests are expected to co-operate accordingly, and make both of our experience to be flourishing and beautiful.
