Cosy B&B in the Le Man's Room, at Yew Tree House

Come and stay at Yew Tree House, a Grade II Listed Part Thatched House, nestled in the quite village of Helmdon, just a 10 minute drive to Silverstone Race Circuit. Our cosy, elegant, Le Mans inspired Double Bedroom with Ensuite Shower includes a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, armchair and built in wardrobe. Guest Rooms accessed via separate staircase. Cooked/continental breakfast included. Off-street parking, 3 min walk to pub, 10 min drive to Brackley, 15 min from the M40. The space Our lovely period home is split into 2 wings; one under thatch, one under slate. There are two guest bedrooms to choose from in the east wing under slate. Both of which have double beds and ensuite bathrooms with sink and toilet. One ensuite has a shower (Yellow Le Man's Room), the other ensuite has a cast iron bath (Blue Silverstone Room). Both rooms have drawers and hanging space. Free parking on our block driveway. South facing patio with large garden. Guest access Guest bedrooms available via seperate staircase, with downstairs WC. Shared use of South facing patio. Breakfast served in the dining room. Parking on block driveway in front of the house, covered by CCTV. During your stay We will be on hand in the thatched wing throughout your stay, please message us on Airbnb should you need to get in touch. Other things to note Your choice of either a Cooked English or Continental Breakfast will be served in the morning in our lovely dining room, featuring an inglenook fire place. Please note, as it's our family kitchen, we are unable to cater for any allergies as we cannot guarantee being nut, egg, gluten, shellfish, milk or soy free. Thank you for your understanding. We also have two cats, which we do not allow in the bedrooms of course, but wanted to mention in case of allergy.
