Discover our beautiful 16th century house located minutes from Sancerre. Steeped in history, it combines old-fashioned charm and modernity with its original and mottled decoration. Ideal for wine and nature lovers, it offers a peaceful setting for a timeless stay. Located in the heart of the village, you can enjoy, among other things, the view of the church. Enjoy a warm and authentic atmosphere, perfect for a few days with family or friends. The space You arrive in front of our old medieval tower. After crossing the open door, you will access the apartment by a stone staircase that is several hundred years old. On the first floor, you enter the apartment. You are the only ones using this staircase. The bedroom with the bunk beds is on the left. Turning to the right, you can access the rest of the accommodation. A large master bedroom with a desk, then the independent toilet, the cozy bathroom, and finally the living room with a comfortable relaxation area and a large table. The kitchen opens to the living room and is fully equipped and functional. A third cozy bedroom overlooks the living room. A small balcony overlooking the village church is accessible from the living room. Guest access The home is available for your use. From the staircase in the tower, you won't be able to climb to the top of the tower. Access to the attic is strictly forbidden. Other things to note The staircase that leads to the accommodation is an old stone staircase that dates back to the 16th century. Some steps are deformed due to use and time. There is a ramp all the way but we want to warn guests who have mobility issues. For others, the charm of the accommodation should work immediately!
