Located in the heart of the village of Loulans, in an old farmhouse, our 3-level apartment with garden and garage has all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay. With friends, with your family, or even for your business trips, for 1 night or more, everything has been thought out! By bike or motorcycle, a garage is available for your use. Close to Loop 10 of the Avan-Doubs, Voie Verte, Voie Bleue and Château de Loulans. Knowing how to welcome you is our job! The space A beautiful kitchen, living and dining room area welcomes you as soon as you arrive. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very spacious and all equipped with storage and wardrobe. The very large bedroom is open to a games corner with foosball and board games. 1 bathroom with toilet upstairs and toilet on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy a small cozy garden area with barbecue, picnic table and lounge area. A grass parking space as well as a small garage space accommodate motorcycles, bicycles or a small car.
