Guests are welcome with prior arrangement to use the fridge, microwave, toaster and table & chairs. Additionally, happy to provide any cutlery or crockery upon request. Storage option for bikes. Key safe. Guests can have own key for convenience. The space Quiet house in a peaceful location only 7 minutes walk into the village and on a bus route 3 mins away. A great base for exploring Ashdown Forest & Pooh sticks bridge or to catch up with friends & family. Forest Way 1 minute for walks & cycling. Nearest train station is East Grinstead with trains to London. Close to Emerson College & Tablehurst Farm. Some beautiful NT properties, Bluebell Railway & Spa Valley railway. Groombridge Place, Lingfield Racecourse & Royal Tunbridge Wells. Or Just to visit our beautiful village of Forest Row. Guest access Key safe. Other things to note The room has its own en suite bathroom. The listing profile says it’s a shared bathroom. It is NOT shared. The property does not have a TV licence so I must ask that this service is not used during your stay. TV/Netflix is available upon request. If you are staying for work, short term arrangements can be made for guests to use the table & chairs as a occasional work space. Wi-Fi available. Lots of great places to eat, drink & visit locally. A downstairs Stairgate allows his space to be separate from the upstairs & the guest room. If you wish to use the kitchen facilities, the times etc must be agreed & arranged prior to check in and arrangements will be made to take the dog out of the kitchen space for your sole use.
