Guests are welcome with prior arrangement to use the fridge, microwave, toaster and table & chairs. Additionally, happy to provide any cutlery or crockery upon request. Storage option for bikes. Key safe. Guests can have own key for convenience. The space Quiet house in a peaceful location only 7 minutes walk into the village and on a bus route 3 mins away. A great base for exploring Ashdown Forest & Pooh sticks bridge or to catch up with friends & family. Forest Way 1 minute for walks & cycling. Nearest train station is East Grinstead with trains to London. Close to Emerson College & Tablehurst Farm. Some beautiful NT properties, Bluebell Railway & Spa Valley railway. The listing profile says it’s a shared bathroom. It is NOT shared. The property does not have a TV licence so I must ask that this service is not used during your stay. TV/Netflix is available upon request. If you are staying for work, short term arrangements can be made for guests to use the table & chairs as a occasional work space. Wi-Fi available.
