Only registered guests are permitted on the property.     •    Parking:     •    Please park in the assigned spaces in the 2-car driveway.     •    Quiet Hours:     •    Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.     •    Smoking & Vaping:     •    This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.     •    Parties & Events:     •    Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.     •    Use of Confetti, Glitter, & Hair Dye:     •    Please refrain from using confetti, glitter, or hair dye within the home.     •    Candles:     •    For safety reasons, the use of candles is not allowed, except for birthday candles.     •    Children:     •    If you have children in your party, please supervise them closely, especially in elevated areas     •    Swimming Pool:     •    Pool hours are from 6:00 am-11:00 pm. Please these times for safety and maintenance reasons.     •    Before You Leave:     •    Wash any used dishes or load them into the dishwasher.     •    Dispose of all garbage in the trash bin.     •    Place used towels in the laundry basket.     •    Ensure all lights, air conditioning units, and electronics are turned off.     •    Close all windows and lock all doors.     •    Damages & Breakages:     •    Please report any damages or breakages promptly.
