3-room apartment for 4 (or 5) people with its own sauna

"Great and inspiring place to stay!", Roi, tenant, May 26, 2020 The apartment "Landidyll" (60 sqm) in Bülstedt, a small picturesque village in the district of Rotenburg/W. in Lower Saxony, not far from the artist colonies of Worpswede and Fischerhude, about 38 km northeast of Bremen, has 3 rooms with 4 (max. 5?) beds, a kitchen-living room, a ground-level shower room (underfloor heating) and an exclusive Finnish sauna, which is only there for you. The space Dear guests, I am glad that you are interested in my apartment "Landidyll"! (By the way, the prices quoted are for 2 people. Only from the 3rd person, a bed supplement per night will be charged, depending on the season, in which the bed linen and a basic set of towels are included. Discounts apply for children. For spontaneously registered additional guests, the surcharge is a flat rate of 25 euros/person per night. Additional rooms can be rented within the apartment I live in. This is located in Bülstedt, a small idyllic village in the district of Rotenburg/Wümme (Lower Saxony), about 38 km northeast of Bremen. Three rooms, including the eat-in kitchen equipped with a high-quality sofa bed (Ligne roset), offer space for a total of four (with children, possibly also five) sleeping places. The highlight, however, in addition to the first-class equipped kitchen (brand NOBILIA, 2023) is the Finnish log sauna, which you have for yourself and whose use is included in the rental price. Only the sauna towels cost a fee. However, you can also bring them yourself (4 large ones to place underneath). The unique quiet location of the apartment with its walls based on natural plant colors, glazed in warm yellow/orange tones, will quickly make you forget the stress of everyday life. You are in a place where light pollution is still a foreign word! It is the ideal place to unwind. But you can also plan numerous excursions, bike tours and hikes from here, for example to Teufelsmoor or in the footsteps of Worpsweder artists such as Paula Modersohn-Beckers or Rainer Maria Rilkes. Or you can immerse yourself in the big city life of Hamburg (90 km) or Bremen (38 km) and use the rural tranquility to recharge your batteries for new adventures: after a trip, for example, to the Serengeti Park Hodenhagen (about 100 km). In addition to a sun lounger, a ping pong table (including rackets!), a swing chair and two loungers, an outdoor grill, a fire basket and an exclusive torch are available in a partly natural garden. Description of the rooms From the bedroom, in the center of which is a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), you enter a spacious ground-level shower room. In front of the shower room there is also a sink and a mirror cabinet, a small separate area that remains hidden from view by means of a stylish screen. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth throughout the area. In addition to the toilet and a spacious shower area, which is bordered by a large glass pane (with roller blind!!) to the bedroom, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Via a corridor, which looks like a small but fine wellness area and offers access to the sauna, you get to the L-shaped 3rd room, which was only completed in 2023 room (approx. 11 sqm) with another sleeping option (1 bed, 200 x 100 cm). And last but not least, in the eat-in kitchen, which is also accessible from the hallway, the cozy 2-seater, a sofa bed of the brand "Ligne roset" can be transformed into a bed in a few simple steps. (140 x 200 cm W x L for 1 adult or 2 children). The high-quality branded appliances (including dishwasher, a spacious fridge-freezer combination, oven, 4-pl.CERAN hob, microwave, extractor hood, etc.) should leave nothing to be desired. This makes cooking fun even on vacation! The hexagonal dining table invites you to play games in a cozy atmosphere. A varied range of games for all ages can be found in the secretary to the right of the outside door. Also a large flat-screen TV and a somewhat nostalgic radio cassette CD MD player can be found here. The surrounding area On dreamlike, well-signalled and barely traveled nature trails, you can easily reach the sights of the Teufelmoor with its picturesque artist villages Fischerhude (18 km) and Worpswede (20 km) by bicycle. Restaurants There are excellent restaurants in the area, e.g. the Dörn Schapp in Vorwerk (5 km), Haus Berkelmann in Fischerhude (18 km) or the Worpsweder Bahnhof (20 km). Prior registration. Useful information Bülstedt: If you have the courage to take a break, you will certainly not starve if you do not do the big shopping on the first evening and first look at what is available in the Cordes farm shop (200 m), which is only open for a few days except during the asparagus, blueberry and strawberry season (also for picking yourself). However, a limited range can be found in the 24/7 accessible vending machines in front of the entrance. There is also a car repair shop in Bülstedt (300 m). Wilstedt (5 km) has a pizza service and a smaller EDEKA, among other things, a gas station (open 24/7, only card payment at the machine!), the family doctor's office Dres Riedesel, and the Wilstedter pharmacy, baker Benstein (with the best Black Forest cherry cake ever!!) as well as Hans Kromat, brass instrument maker of world class (!), and unimaginable, but true, even an outdoor pool and tennis courts as well as in the building he formerly. Sparkasse building. The nearest Sparkasse is otherwise in Tarmstedt (8 km). Otterstedt (11 km) swimming lake with meadow and small beach; Ottersberg (Han): the nearest train station, health food store, Bio-Emma, Rossmann, Aldi Guest access Parking directly at the house is not possible. Parking There is 1 parking space for a car in front of my garden in Brinkstraße in front of the red-yellow fence. For company buses with extra length, this parking space may be unsuitable. You may have to find another parking space yourself. Directions On request, you will receive a detailed description in order to reliably find access to the apartment even in the event of my absence. A GPS IS USUALLY NOT SUFFICIENT!! In short: Access to the apartment is exclusively via Brinkstraße, which you have to turn into opposite the Cordes farm shop, from Dorfstraße (IN NO CASE FROM "LANGE STRASSE") (see also photo!). Then after 50 m, turn left after the barn in front of the red-yellow glazed fence and park as far to the right as possible. Through the garden gate with the black and red mailbox mounted to the right of it, you enter the somewhat overgrown garden. Your apartment is located on the ground floor in the house in front of you with a white facade and wooden balcony. Go up the 2 steps and onto the small terrace on the right side of the house in front of the side entrance, (so to speak, shaded by a canopy (pointed roof)) and from there into the apartment.
