Spacious and bright house, in the heart of the Normandy countryside, with terrace and garden, ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. All bedrooms have shutters and/or blackout curtains. Large 5,000 m² wooded garden with unheated self-supporting swimming pool (7 m x 3.50 m) Gantry with slide and swing Closed courtyard for parking vehicles. I have a baby crib and a booster chair if you wish. This is our main residence, so our two cats will be present (they are autonomous thanks to the cat flap): Caramelle and Harold will be delighted to be fed by you in exchange for a few petting ;) I specify that the pool is only functional in summer, the Norman climate requires it ;) Other things to note 7 km from a small town where you will find all the shops (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, hairdressers, bars, restaurants...).
