The vacation rentals offer you very good amenities with a lot of comfort and great extras. You are also welcome to use the apartments for just one night or several days or weeks, for a discovery tour of the area or for a professional stay. With the apartments, we want to offer you a second home where you feel comfortable and would like to come back. You can arrive at any time after 3 PM. If needed, the key code will be available then. The space Apartment I (floor 1) for 6 people This apartment has 76 square meters and consists of one bathroom, one kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds. The apartment has a large balcony (20 sqm) with garden furniture. One parking space is right in front of the house. The apartment is of their size designed for up to 6 people. A travel cot is available and does not need to be brought along. Pets are welcome! AMENITIES The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, seating and a desk. In each room, a large TV with satellite receiver or SmartTV is available. The whole apartment is equipped with internet access and notebooks for every room. A music system is available for listening to music in every room. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen. This includes a dishwasher, a stove with oven and cooker. All necessary electrical kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker and microwave are also available. It is provided with plenty of dishes, glasses and pots or the other cooking utensils. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen, tea towels and towels, as well as internet use are included in the rental price. Guest access There are 3 tables with a total of 8 chairs available on the balcony. There is also a hammock/hanging lounger, a simple sun lounger and folding deck chairs. The various cushions for these are in a box. If you want to grill, a kettle grill and charcoal are always available. Meat or sausages for grilling are available at a 24-hour farm shop in the same village. Other things to note The house and guest rules are in all languages in the welcome folder. A folder with all excursion destinations and attractions is available. There is also a dining folder with information about restaurants or delivery services (with current menus). An additional beverage refrigerator is available for self-service with various beverages. A charcoal grill with charcoal provided can also be used. Meat or sausages for grilling can be bought at a 24-hour farm shop in the village.
