The space Apartment I (floor 1) for 6 people This apartment has 76 square meters and consists of one bathroom, one kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds. The apartment has a large balcony (20 sqm) with garden furniture. One parking space is right in front of the house. The apartment is of their size designed for up to 6 people. A travel cot is available and does not need to be brought along. Pets are welcome! AMENITIES The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, seating and a desk. In each room, a large TV with satellite receiver or SmartTV is available. The whole apartment is equipped with internet access and notebooks for every room. A music system is available for listening to music in every room. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen. This includes a dishwasher, a stove with oven and cooker. All necessary electrical kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker and microwave are also available. It is provided with plenty of dishes, glasses and pots or the other cooking utensils. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen, tea towels and towels, as well as internet use are included in the rental price. Guest access EXTRAS For a fee, you can rent two modern e-bikes (Montane Bike) with complete bicycle equipment (storage bags and accessories) for the time of your stay and explore up to 200 km (battery power) by bike. Other things to note A folder with all excursion destinations and attractions is available. The house and residence rules are available in all languages in this folder for this purpose. A beverage refrigerator with various beverages is also available especially for cyclists. A charcoal grill with charcoal can also be used. Grill meat or sausage can be bought at a 24-hour farm shop in the village.
