This house offers accommodation for 8 guests. It is distributed in three floors with a total of 500 m2. There are three double bedrooms on the middle floor; all of them with en-suite bathroom. There is also a separated shared bathroom available. Two of the bedrooms have access to the porch with magnificent views. The fourth bedroom on the upper floor has two single beds and one en-suite bathroom. We can arrange a cot if required. The living-dining room is located on the upper floor. There is Satellite Tv available for the guests. A staircase leads you to a second living room with a double sofa bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Central heating available as well as Air conditioning. Furthermore, this property offers a stunning indoor 10 m x 5 m chlorine pool. The pool can be heated free of charge at a temperature of maximum 28ºC (promotion valid for 2021 and 2022 bookings). Costs will be applied if clients request water temperature to be risen. The lush-green garden is a lovely corner to relax on the sun loungers. There is a barbecue available too. It is located 15 mins away by car from Soller where you can find all main facilities. In Fornalutx you will find a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank.
