Adults only getaway. Nestled in the corner of the field where you will see our miniature Shetland ponies. Next to the River Trent, fishing available locally, 2 pubs serving fabulous food and drinks, just a short walk away. The local town is 15 minutes away by car and it’s 25 minutes to Lincoln and Newark. We aim to give you a peaceful and luxurious stay! You will see our JCB & Tractors but noise and movement of machinery is kept to a minimum during guest stays to give you peace and tranquility The space Our stand alone traditional style Shepherd's Hut, means you don’t have any close neighbours ☺️ it is tastefully decorated with everything you should need for your 'get away from it all' short stay. A touch of luxury is provided with Temple Spa toiletries to use while you stay plus a few added extras! There is a small fridge in the cupboard under the sink as well as a toaster, a 2 ring hob which you can take out and plug in on the work surface. Pots and pans, utensils etc we provide some tea, coffee, sugar and milk. There is a private shower room, toilet and sink in the Shepherd's Hut. We provide hand soap and luxurious ‘Temple Spa’ shower gel, Shampoo and Conditioner. Storage under the bed for suitcases, bags etc. Outside there is a fire pit, table and chairs and a BBQ for guests to use. There is also ‘The Shed’ where outdoor cushions etc are stored and for mucky boots, wet coats and umbrellas. Beautiful countryside views and some Lovely walks. Guest access Guest space is access to the hut and the enclosed space around the hut. Other things to note Naked flames or candles inside the Shepherd's Hut are prohibited. We are a NO SMOKING site. Please ensure the fire pit and BBQ are extinguished after use, please do not leave it unattended when lit. However the fire pit and BBQ will not be available for use during adverse weather conditions such as high winds or prolonged periods of dry weather.
