Comfortably sleeps 8 people, there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. A private sauna, a wood-fired hot tub and a barbecue area guarantee an unforgettable stay. An ideal base for exploring mountain trails and local attractions. Here the road ends and a real relaxation begins. Other things to note Dear Guests! Please read the following terms and conditions of our facility before making a reservation. The most important things: • Check-in from 4:00 p.m. • Check-out by 10:30 a.m. • The wood-fired hot tub is additionally payable, the price is PLN 300. It includes the preparation of the hot tub and wood that is enough to maintain the temperature for 24 hours. If you would like to use it longer, the price for additional wood is 50 PLN / day. • Organizing loud events and parties is prohibited. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. • Smoking is not allowed in the cottages • Please take off your shoes before entering the first floor. • We ask our guests to leave the cottage in a state of general order – cleaning the dishes, taking out the garbage and putting things in their place. And here are all the rules :-) House rules 1. Only the persons registered at the time of booking may use the cottage. The maximum number of people is 8. Visitors must leave the cottage by 10:00 p.m., and overnight stays by visitors are prohibited. 2. Children and minors should remain under the constant supervision of their parents or legal guardians, who are fully responsible for them. 3. The Lessor has the right to terminate the lease agreement immediately and without refund of fees in the event of exceeding the agreed number of people, non-compliance with the regulations, gross violation of the night silence, intervention of security services, aggressive behavior, consumption of drugs or other serious violations of the rules of social coexistence. 4. Cottages are rented on a daily basis. The day begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. A later departure must be agreed by phone with the Lessor. 5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 6. A deposit of PLN 500 may be collected at check-in for any damage, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is found. 7. Guests are obliged to report any defects or damage to the Lessor immediately. The guest is financially responsible for any damage caused by his fault, including for accompanying persons, children and animals. 8. The landlord is not responsible for items left in the cottage, on the terrace or in cars parked on the property. Parking is unguarded and free of charge. 9. Shortening the stay due to the fault of the Lessee does not result in a refund of the fee for unused time. 10. Payment for the stay does not include guest insurance. The landlord is not responsible for injuries or personal damage incurred during the stay. 11. Guests are obliged to leave the cottage in a non-deteriorated condition compared to the day of receipt – in particular, to wash the dishes or place them in the dishwasher and start the washing program. Broken dishes and glasses will be deducted from the deposit. 12. Before checking out, garbage should be sorted and taken out to the containers outside. 13. In the event of losing the key, a fee of PLN 50 will be charged 14. It is forbidden to:. – use open flames (candles, incense) inside the cottage – smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products in the houses, – bringing in flammable and explosive materials, – independent repairs or modifications of devices that are part of the cottage's equipment, - use your own gas appliances – use the barbecue on the terrace and at a distance of less than 2 m from the walls. – In the event of a breach of the smoking ban in the cottage, the Guest will be charged with the costs of ozonation and cleaning in the amount of PLN 700. 15. The cottages are equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. In the event of a fire, use the fire extinguisher and notify the Landlord immediately. Unjustified use of the fire extinguisher will result in a deduction of PLN 500 from the deposit. 16. If there is a "goat" stove or a gas stove in the cottage, the Guest may only use the fuel provided by the Lessor. It is forbidden to change the settings of the heating devices or to store liquid arson. The Lessor is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of heating devices. 17. Guests are asked to segregate garbage into designated containers on the premises. 18. When leaving the cottage, check the closing of doors and windows and turn off the devices electric. 19. The Terms and Conditions apply from the moment of payment of the deposit or advance payment and constitute an integral part of the lease agreement. By making a reservation, you accept the terms and conditions. 20. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. Disputes will be settled by the court competent for the Lessor, after a prior attempt to amicably resolve the conflict. 21. The Lessor and the Hosts provide explanations and assistance in the event of any doubts related to the stay and compliance with the regulations. 22. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children. 23. We accept the stay of small pets only after prior agreement with the Lessor. In the event of arrival with a pet without prior consent, the Lessor has the right to refuse check-in, and the fee for the entire stay remains due. 24. We ask our Guests to leave the cottage in a state of general order – cleaning the dishes, taking out the garbage and putting things in their place. If you leave a gross mess (e.g. dirty dishes, spilled food, garbage left in the house), we reserve the right to deduct PLN 100 from the deposit for additional cleaning. 25. The personal data of Guests is processed solely for the purpose of completing the booking process and will not be disclosed to third parties Rules for using the SPA Zone 1. The SPA area includes a garden balia and a sauna and is available only with prior booking. 2. Fees: PLN 300 for the hot tub (one filling with wood for the first day, subsequent days - PLN 50 for wood) and PLN 300 for the sauna, which includes the use of the sauna from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM for two consecutive days. There is also a SPA package available for PLN 500, which includes the preparation of a hot tub with wood for the first night and two evenings of sauna use. 3. Guests are responsible for lighting the hot tub and starting the sauna. Instructions for lighting the hot tub are in the video, which you can watch by scanning the QR code at the bottom of this page. To heat the sauna, set both knobs at the bottom of the heater – the left one controls the operating time, and the right one controls the temperature. The oven will not start unless the time is set. 4. Use of the SPA Zone is solely at the Guests' own risk. The landlord is not liable for accidents, injuries or damage resulting from the use of the hot tub or sauna. 5. The use of glass is strictly prohibited in the hot tub and sauna. Only paper or plastic cups and dishes are allowed. 6. Before using the hot tub or sauna, wash your body thoroughly in the shower. Please enter the sauna without shoes and without clothing, wearing only a towel, swimsuit, or bathrobe. It is forbidden to bring food or items that could soil or damage the sauna into the sauna. 7. It is forbidden to dry towels, clothing, or other items on the sauna heater. 8. If dirt requiring specialized cleaning is left in the storage unit, a fee of PLN 300 will be deducted. 9. People with cardiovascular or skin diseases, pregnant women, and individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not use the SPA Zone. Children may only use the hot tub and sauna under the constant supervision of adults. 10. It is forbidden to empty the tub yourself or to add chemicals, liquids, or oils to it. After use, take extra care on wet surfaces. 11. The Lessor reserves the right to refuse use of the SPA Zone in the event of a violation of these rules or if a safety hazard is identified. By booking the SPA Zone, you accept the above regulations.
