You will be staying in the wedding hall of the legendary L'Espérance hotel, which has been transformed into two comfortable, refurbished, single-story accommodations. You can enjoy a 20 m² covered terrace with views of the vineyards and the Loire, as well as a private courtyard for parking your vehicle. You will be just 200 meters from the city center and can enjoy the village amenities: bakeries, pharmacy, bank, newsagent/tobacconist, grocery store, bar, restaurants, beauty and wellness salon. Relax in the cozy living room with a smart TV for your movie nights. Our two bedrooms are designed for your rest: the first has a 160cm bed, while the second offers two 80cm beds that can be transformed into a 160cm bed on request (only bookings for 4 people. Please let us know in advance for the hook and suitable bed linen). The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk in shower (90x120 cm), washing machine 9kg and toilet. A Terrace with Amazing View: From the living room the large glass aperture invites you to discover the beautiful covered terrace. It's the perfect place to enjoy your meals outdoors thanks to its table, chairs, and electric barbecue, or simply relax in the garden furniture while admiring the breathtaking view of the vineyards and the Loire. Imagine sipping a good glass of local wine in front of this enchanting landscape! Guest access Easy Parking: Your comfort is our priority from the moment you arrive! The private courtyard can accommodate two vehicles, ensuring easy parking. A parking space has a charger up to 11 kW usable from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. We charge 30 cents per kW. An advance of €30 is requested and possibly refunded depending on your actual consumption. Simplified Check-In: Access to your apartment is simple and flexible with a key box. We recommend arriving before midnight to facilitate your check-in. Other things to note A peaceful stay: To ensure everyone's peace of mind, no parties are allowed during your stay. However, we are flexible for family reunions! If both homes are rented by the same family, we can allow a small family party to be held. The two terraces are connected, offering an ideal space for these special moments. We simply ask you to ensure compliance with the rules of good neighborliness so that everyone can enjoy their stay with peace of mind.
