Modern apartment with large terrace

Very cozy, quiet, modern ground floor apartment with washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and large terrace. It is only about 15 minutes by car from the center of Augsburg. Parking is free in the yard. Rural surroundings with forest, swimming lakes, swimming pools, the Schloss Scherneck climbing forest, Hofis adventure park, beer gardens, soccer golf, etc. close by. Legoland can also be reached in 45 minutes. The space Feel at home in our small, cozy 1-room apartment. The former barn has retained its charm during remodeling and is now allowed to welcome guests. You sleep in a 1.60×2 m double bed. Towels are of course provided by us for your stay and also for the morning coffee or tea. The rural location invites you to take long walks in the forest and go on bike rides. Perfect for slowing down. The apartment is primarily intended for one to two people. However, if necessary, we will exchange the sofa for a bed for you upon request – so you can comfortably sleep in separate beds or even as a group of three. On the 2nd floor of the house is a completely separately inhabited apartment. Our apartment is perfect for traveling by car, parking is available in the yard free of charge. The A8 is about 10 minutes away, so Munich and Ulm can be reached very quickly from us.
