The room accommodates two single beds (one auxiliary), the bedroom accommodates 1 double bed. We have TV in the bedroom of this unit. We are an apartment building, this unit is the only one that does not have a view of the street. We made repairs this month and some walls have repair marks, hence the low price. The space The decor is versatile in a compact space and prepared according to the number of guests. We ask that you take a good look at the number of furniture items and how the guest will be organized. Most beds and sofas have an auxiliary bed underneath. This unit comfortably accommodates up to the maximum number -1. After this quantity, the beds are arranged in improvised locations. We provide basic bed and bath linens, and we advise bringing extras for demanding guests. Guest access Everything in this unit is totally private. We don't have shared units. Parking is external, below the building's windows. Other things to note Let us know about anything unforeseen; we are attentive and always happy to help. Meals, garage, air-conditioning, washing machine and gas are extra à la carte services, and must be requested prior to booking. We reserve the right to discontinue these services when we are in the building's maintenance period. We are an apartment building.
