Tranquil Forest Retreat- Cleaning fee Inc The space This large, spacious holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is on the first floor of a detached holiday home in Neuhaus near Lavamünd, near Völkermarkt and Wolfsberg in Carinthia, quietly located amidst fruit trees, fields and the adjacent forest. This holiday apartment offers 2 large bedrooms, one of which is an old granary from the 18th century which has been completely restored and integrated into the house, a children's room with bunk beds, a bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna and a gallery. Parking is available directly at the holiday home. Neuhaus near Lavamünd in Carinthia is a municipality in the Völkermarkt district and is located about 4 km from the Slovenian-Austrian border. The area is known for beautiful hiking and cycling tours. The nearest bathing lake is the natural bathing lake Lavamünd (approx. 3 km), and Lake Klopeiner See can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. You can ski either in the Petzen ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes or in the Koralpe ski area in the Lavanttal with 18 kilometers of slopes and 5 lifts. Directly in the town, in Wolfsberg or in Völkermarkt there are sufficient shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
