The rooftop pool is the highlight, offering a serene spot to soak in the sun while gazing at the horizon. Thoughtfully designed interiors, a sprawling lawn, and proximity to Dapoli’s scenic beaches make it the perfect retreat. Whether you're unwinding by the pool, enjoying the sea breeze, or exploring nearby attractions, every moment here is pure coastal bliss. Layout: The ground floor features an elegantly designed bedroom in a soothing white palette, exuding artistic charm and tranquility. A stylish lounge area invites shared moments, seamlessly flowing into the dining space, where home-cooked meals can be savored in a warm, welcoming ambiance. The first floor houses three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each adorned in white and featuring private balconies that open to breathtaking coastal views. The bedroom on the second floor offers direct access to the rooftop pool, creating a private sanctuary with uninterrupted vistas of the azure sea. The rooftop pool is the crown jewel of the home—an idyllic retreat where you can soak in the panoramic ocean views while enjoying a refreshing swim. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Security Deposit: ₹ 9000 per room Guest access Guests can access all the areas in the photographs and mention. Please avoid going into other properties. Generators can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains or other causes As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At Nautica, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods.
