Here, historical charm and modern comfort merge: the lovingly restored 2024 residential unit impresses with authentic details that create a special atmosphere. ✨ Your private retreat with a wellness feeling: Experience pure relaxation in your exclusive sauna area incl. shower & toilet. The spacious roof terrace (42 m²) invites you to linger – perfect for quiet morning hours or mild evenings right on the water. - We offer maximum comfort - ideal for couples, max. 3 adults (the accommodation includes a 90 m² room, which has a sleeping bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), or a family with 2 children. - TOWELS & LINENS included - shower gel & shampoo included 📍 Perfect location: Our attic suite is located on the sunny side of Waidhofen, the "Zell" - just a 5-minute walk to the old town, where cozy cafés and restaurants await you. The ice rink and the park pool are also within 5 minutes. Please note: There is no cooking facility, but thanks to the central location, you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities in a few minutes on foot. For small appetites in between, however, a cozy dining table with dishes, cutlery & snack board is available - perfect for a relaxing breakfast, a snack or if you have food delivered directly to the house. We are happy to exchange used dishes for fresh ones at any time. The suite is also equipped with: - a coffee machine (including coffee tabs) - a kettle (including a fine selection of teas) - a small fridge with chilled drinks. Of course, this can also be used for the food you bring with you. Whether for a romantic getaway, a relaxing wellness trip or as a stylish accommodation for explorers of the Ybbstal – this accommodation offers luxury, quiet and incomparable view. Quiet hours & neighborhood - Please respect our neighbors - from 10 pm the volume should be muted. 2. No cooking facilities (but alternatives) There is no kitchen, but you will find great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. 3. Environmentally friendly travel & parking - There is no private parking, but a parking garage is only a 3-minute walk away. - For environmentally friendly travel by train: the train station is only a 15-minute walk away. 4. Special services or options - Upon request, you can get access to the Ybbs, perfect for ice bathing or a refreshment in summer. - If you need recommendations for excursions or restaurants, we are here to help you. 5.
