You will see other guests This peaceful cozy Studio is at the heart of Utah County, close to shopping malls, UVU, BYU, restaurants, I-15, is a prime location for travelers! Sundance Ski Resort and Park City Main Street, Strawberry, Deer Creek, and Jordanelle lakes are all within 30-45 min. The space Look no more for a restful night sleep on a brand new Purple Plus mattress (this is a very nice expensive mattress, hard to find in a hotel!)… and enjoy this beautiful Studio Suite with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Enjoy a super nice jacuzzi with light therapy or a relaxing rain shower, or both at the same time! The Studio is on the 1st floor of a daylight basement corner within my family-friendly rambler property. The rented space is private but within a shared basement. It feels like a home away from home, not too big, not too small. Minor noises are rare but possible. The Studio features a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, sofa bed, dining and work areas all private inside the rented space There are other Studio rooms and guests in the basement where this Studio is located Please check the arrival instructions for specific pictorial details This room is completely away from the rest of the house or other guests and it is surrounded by two thick concrete walls and foam isolated walls for increased privacy. The Studio room maintains a stable ~72F during Summer but nevertheless central A/C is available plus a remote controlled ceiling fan and also a floor tower fan. Radiant hot water and a portable electric heating tower are available during Winter time This studio price point is a super low price per night to increase value for the money. You have access to a private room with a keyed lock. However, the daylight basement entrance to the Studio is shared and opens with a Smart Lock code. You may also use the patio area furniture right behind the room window to relax, store work tools or simply read during your stay. Lightning fast fiber choices of two different Internet speeds, 100Mbps or >200+ Mbps Wi-Fi, which is extremely reliable for both download/upload. A SmartTV is ready to use with your personal streaming accounts. Remember to log out before you leave. Other things to note You can drop luggage before check in time starting at 9:00AM but please message me in advance. Work tools can be stored outside the room in the covered cement area, it is safe to do that.
