Welcome to Villa Riekkola Our villa is located in the peaceful Riekkola-Välivaara nature reserve. The area has a great setting for outdoor activities In winter, there is a lighted ski trail, a sledding hill and sausage frying shelters. Northern Lights can also be seen in the sky, and equipment for ice fishing and snowshoeing can be found In summer, there are nature trails and a bird-watching tower. A short distance to the beach The price includes linen and towels. Haparanda city center 2 km Tornio city center 2.5 km The space Our villa has been completely renovated inside 2025 The kitchen has coffee , tea, hot chocolate, sugar , honey, and spices The bathroom has soaps, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, cotton swabs, a first aid kit, a hair dryer, and a straightener. The deck has a dining area and a gas grill. In the summer, you can play badminton, croquet, and other nice games . On the beach, you can visit the fish to try your luck , there are refreshes and a rowing boat on the dock In summer, there are also bicycles that you can use to ride around the city. Our yard has a wood-burning outdoor sauna with a nice patio area and hot tub You can rent these for your use. Hot tub enabled May-September( October) Not available in winter! Outdoor sauna available all year round. In winter, there are a variety of sleds that can be borrowed , a sledding hill about 200 meters away with a sausage frying place next to it. Cockroaches, sausage sticks, thermal bottles, and backpacks can be found in the cottage which you can bring for the tour 😊 In winter, the rental price includes: Cross-country skis, snowshoes and ice fishing rods + caterpillars. Our home has a washer that can be used if needed. The rent includes linens, towels, and final cleaning. Other things to note Our villa is located in the same courtyard as our own home.
