From the property you can reach in 10 minutes by car the beach of Pinus Village (Santa Margherita di Pula) and the Port of Cala Verde. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen with dining area, two bathrooms and large garden with swimming pool and outdoor furniture. The space The internal space is organized as follows: Upper Area (internal staircase to access): - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, clothes rack, split A/C and access to the outdoor area; - BEDROOM II with bunk bed (2 singles), TV, armchair, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the outdoor area; - BATHROOM I with slightly raised shower box, sink, bidet and WC; - BATHROOM II with slightly raised shower box, sink and WC; - BALCONIES with access from the two bedrooms; Lower Area (ground floor): - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV and split A/C; - FULL KITCHEN with induction hob, dining area with table and chairs, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, electric oven and microwave oven, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM II with slightly raised shower box, sink and WC; - CLOSET; - GARDEN accessible from the dining area, or accessible with external stairs from the upper floor, dining table with chairs covered by an umbrella, electric barbecue, porch, sofas, armchairs, outdoor shower, outdoor sink and outdoor deckchairs; - PRIVATE POOL (open from May 1st to October 31st but not heated) with gradual entry into the water (beach type). Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Pula equal to 0.50 cent or 1.00€, depending on the season. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send infos to the police service "Alloggiati Web" wich is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm. This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.
