The space This cozy coastal retreat has an open-plan bedroom, kitchen & dining area, specifically designed for comfort & style. The cottage has reverse-cycle heating & cooling, a fully equipped kitchen & a spacious bathroom. It also has an outdoor alfresco dining, both washing machine & dryer, plus your own private garden to relax in. You can chill out with your choice of two TVs, including one with Foxtel & Netflix. A fully enclosed backyard provides excellent privacy & is designed with pets in mind, making this a super pet-friendly stay for your beloved fur babies. The cottage is free-standing, with private access & its own driveway, offering plenty of space to park your car & boat. The accomodation is just 20 steps from the shore and with two newly opened jetties close by get ready to swim, stroll, relax, and soak in sailboats, sunsets & serene Warneet views. Other things to note We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our property for a small additional fee of $50 to cover cleaning costs & minimise allergic reactions to future guests. We love that pets are part of your family, which is why we've created a super pet-friendly environment to ensure you all feel welcomed and comfortable. With a private, fully enclosed backyard the property provides a safe & secure area where your pets can play, relax & explore freely. Whether it’s a quick toilet break or a quiet nap in the sun, the space is designed with their comfort & safety in mind. We really want both you & your fur babies to enjoy a stress-free & memorable stay. Warneet also has a great boat ramp & has two newly opened Jetties. If you love fishing, boating kayaking & scenic trails the location is perfect. Please note, no cleaning of fish or seafood is permitted in or within the cottage premises. There are cleaning tables located at the South Jetty. Also please ensure any bait is completely sealed & tightly contained before entering the cottage &/or placing in the fridge or freezer.
