The apartment was recently renovated and it is perfect for up to six people. Inside you will find two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a large living room with sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Lift, wifi, dishwasher, a large smart TV and the open view of the square will make your stay relaxing and comfortable. It is therefore very bright, airy and very quiet. The apartment was recently renovated, therefore all furnishings are new. You can find two large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a large living room where there is a sofa bed, a large table to eat all together or work, and a kitchen equipped with everything. Other things to note The apartment, entirely reserved for guests, is located at 6th floor of a building with lift. For two guests we prepare the double bed by default. If you want separate beds please let us know first! We will be happy to let you find all the beds ready for free! CHECK-IN You will be required to show ID for each guest (ID card, passport or driver's license) and pay the tourist tax (€3.00 per person per night for each guest for the first 5 nights; minors, residents and AIRE do not pay). DURING THE STAY If during your stay something does not work or does not go well, report it immediately! We'll be happy to help! Remember that you are in a private building! Respect the rest hours from 9 PM to 8 AM and from 1 PM to 4 PM. In winter, do not raise the temperature above 20 °C, and in summer not below 23°C. Do not leave objects (suitcases, bicycles) in the common areas. Smoking is forbidden. It is forbidden to organize parties and welcome unmarked guests. CHECK-OUT Checkout is within 10 AM.
