Relax and unwind whether it be soaking in the private hot tub with a glass of wine, or lounging on the porch with a cup of hot coffee while watching the tide go out, or around the firepit on a cool summer evening. The heritage cottage offers a seaside porch and garden with spectacular views of the Annapolis Basin. The cottage is within walking distance to the lighthouse, picnic and rocky beach area. Bicycles are available for guest use; sailboat and sea kayaks rentals are nearby. The space The entire UPSTAIRS guest suite features two king size bedrooms with room for one pull-out cot, seaside sitting area, dedicated work space, breakfast nook with coffee station, mini fridge and microwave, and spacious four piece bath with bathtub and shower, as well as a reserved area of the covered porch overlooking the basin with large comfortable lounging area and two person hot tub. Please note there is no full kitchen and other rooms are not in use. The front yard also features a BBQ, circular butterfly garden with propane fireplace and adirondack chairs which doubles as a venue for small wedding ceremonies. Please note that the property is not child friendly or proof, and therefore not suitable for young children under the age of 8 or infants. At this time, we unfortunately cannot accept young children or babies for safety reasons. Guest access The entire second floor guest suite with private entrance features two king size bedrooms (1 and 2) with room for a pull-out cot, seaside sitting area, dedicated work space, breakfast nook with coffee station, mini-fridge and microwave, spacious four piece bath with bathtub and shower, as well as a reserved area of the covered porch overlooking the basin with large comfortable lounging area and two person hot tub. The circular garden out front with adirondack chairs and a propane BBQ and firepit. Please note there is no full kitchen and other rooms are not in use. Other things to note Breakfast will be served at 8 am and may include a selection of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, baked goods, hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt and juice 8 am. Hot buffet style the first morning, and continental for the remainder of the stay. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate is also provided, as well as pop, milk and coffee cream.
