Visit Mecklenburg between Warnow and the Baltic Sea. In this cozy and spacious apartment for the whole family, you can relax and enjoy the beauty of our region. Benitz is located in the north of Mecklenburg between Rostock and the artist city of Schwaan. In addition to 2 playgrounds, Benitz has a small Warnow harbor from which paddle tours can be started. The Berlin-Copenhagen bike path runs right by our house. Apartment for 4 guests with two bedrooms. The space Spacious apartment as a delivery apartment in a detached house in a quiet location. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2x2 m and 1.60x2 m beds. Currently there is a shower room, which is accessible from the hallway and additionally from one of the bedrooms. The spacious living room has a dining table, a cozy couch and a modern TV. From the living room, a 20 m² west-facing terrace belonging to the apartment is accessible. All rooms have exterior shutters and TVs including Netflix. Guest access The whole apartment is usable, but the second bathroom is currently closed due to renovation work. Other things to note No pets allowed.
