There is also a double sofa bed (140cm) available in the larger bedroom, perfect for children. Fully equipped kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining areas available. Large private garden offering views of the Apuane Alps. 2km from the property the village of Casola has a shop, cafe/bar and pharmacy. The space The house is a historic property with many original features yet newly renovated and decorated with modern conveniences. Enjoy your breakfast of a freshly brewed Cappuccino using either the full coffee machine or the Nespresso machine on the terrace as you watch the village wake up around you. Create authentic Italian cuisine in the fully equipped kitchen with local Carrara marble worktop and share the food with your loved ones in the beautiful and peaceful garden overlooking the Apuane Alps. Visit the nearby village of Casola (2km) which has a shop, cafe/bar, pharmacy, bank, petrol station and post office. Take an evening stroll around the ancient walled city of Fivizzano (15km) often referred to as Florence of Lunigiana, take a dip in the thermal springs in Equi Terme (13km) or discover La Spezia (45km) and the Cinque Terre. Lunigiana is a magical part of Tuscany, popular with those seeking a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. A historical land dotted with medieval castles and fortresses yet still close to the sea and golden beaches. Delicious local food and wine and a truly welcoming community await. The airports of Pisa, Genoa and Parma are all approximately an hours drive. Guest access Guests have full access to the property and garden with the exception of the attic and basement space.
