We are here for you! ***No Pets Allowed*** Home is two separate levels, host lives upstairs and full apartment downstairs available to guests. Locked and separate space is a full three bedroom, two bath apartment with 2300 square feet of exclusive space, plus patio and dock access to river. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of full 2300sq ft apartment, kitchen, laundry, fire pit, patio, grill, river-access, dock and grounds. Smoking must be done in provided designated areas 50 ft away from the house. Outdoor cigar lounge and private member wine-tasting room on-grounds coming in 2026! Other things to note Swimming is only recommended with tethered life jackets or up the road at Marsing Park and at the Claytonia lake nearby; swim at your own risk due to currents. Paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing are more safe right around the dock or paddling upstream close to shore and then riding the current back to the house. We do not allow pets even on the grounds, except service animals trained in a specific task for a person with a disability. Our little dog and some outdoor cats may be seen frolicking about.
